A month later

My first month here has been stretching, exciting and mostly positive. I obtained my first credentials from SSN to a bank account. I found an apartment in a location which I like. I went to a gym in the office. I feel myself enormously calm and comfortable in this country. I love it. Curiously enough, there seems to be little place here for abstract big words such as patriotism - this country is so much tuned for living a normal life that I believe the most appropriate term is quiet appreciation. Beautiful scenery, mild weather, healthy lifestyle - a list like this can go on for pages. Rule California Republic :)
